Looking for a game of quality social tennis?
We have organised social play throughout the year. During the spring to autumn months on grass and during winter on hard courts. Throughout the year we have tournaments and social events in which all members and friends are invited to participate.
PLAYING TIMES
Saturday Afternoons: 1:30pm - 5:00pm
Tuesday and Friday Mornings: 9:00am - 11:00am
A great way to spend your day outside playing doubles and mixed doubles tennis with MLTC members of varying skill levels. And as well as enjoy having a cuppa with some morning tea or a drink and snacks at the bar after play.
Your first social visit is on us!
For subsequent visits there is a $15 visitor’s fee for playing on a Saturday afternoon, and only $10 on a Tuesday or Friday morning. After you become a Club Member we can deduct any visitor’s fees paid from your membership fee.

Many of our senior members participate in the Tennis West Tennis League, which offers a range of divisions and competitions.
TENNIS WEST TENNIS LEAGUE
Our teams enjoy playing a high standard of competitive tennis against other clubs in the Perth metro area. We are represented in many divisions in Tennis West Tennis League including the premium State League which consists of the state's top players.
Tennis West leagues are played weekends, midweek and evenings and throughout the year in summer and winter seasons.
MLTC SENIOR CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS
Held annually after the Tennis League season is finished in April, the MLTC Senior Club Championships event is open for all our adult members to enter. Members play singles, doubles and mixed-doubles matches in a tournament arranged into open and aged-based categories.
TENNIS TOURNAMENTS
There are many tennis tournaments held throughout the season at venues right around the Perth metropolitan area and regional WA. Our members enjoy playing in such tournaments held each season at Mt Lawley Tennis Club held on Australia Day, ANZAC Day and over the Easter break.
Our Club also plays in the annual City of Stirling tournament held each year in May. This high-grade inter club competition is played against other Stirling Council clubs in the area.
MLTC also attracts the best players from around the state and abroad for the WA State Grasscourt Championships. This Gold Series AMT Tournament is held each year in December. Players compete for Australian Ranking points.
