In preparation for the league, please familiarise yourself with the Mt Lawley Junior League (Pennants) Parent Handbook.
IMPORTANT
Please note that this is a provisional nomination form. All entries will be considered but player and team numbers and also court availability may affect nominations.
To be eligible to play, you must be a financial member of the Mt Lawley Tennis Club before the commencement of tennis league.
